The goal of the Luther College Student Garden is to provide Luther students, faculty, and staff with organically grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, and blooms as well as to educate students and the community about the benefits of low-impact sustainable agriculture. By planting and consuming organic plants and the saving of organic seeds, we hope to gain a better understanding of the structure, lifestyle, and development of various vegetations while educating and enhancing the surrounding community for the growth and enjoyment of future generations.
